Using this site
You may use this website to learn about our work, follow projects, contact us and make donations. Please do not attempt to disrupt the service or access data that is not yours.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Donations
Donations are voluntary. A donation is only confirmed once our payment provider reports it as successful. Where you select a project or cause, we allocate your donation to that work; if a project is fully funded or cannot proceed, we may direct the funds to the most similar active project and will note this publicly.
Monthly giving
Monthly gifts continue until you cancel them. You can cancel at any time from your donor dashboard, and cancellation stops future charges.
Refunds
If a donation was made in error or in a duplicate transaction, contact us promptly and we will review the request with our payment provider.
Content and stories
Stories and photographs are published only with the consent of the people involved. Content marked as sample content is illustrative and does not describe a real individual.
Accuracy
We publish project goals, progress and figures in good faith and update them as work advances. Figures reflect confirmed payments at the time of viewing.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
