How we use your information
We use your details to process donations, send receipts and confirmations, provide project updates you have asked for, respond to enquiries, and meet our internal record-keeping obligations.
Payments
Donations are processed by our payment provider. Card and payment credentials are entered on the provider's secure checkout and are never stored on our systems. We store only the donation reference, amount, currency and status.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the platform (payment processing, hosting, email delivery), and where required by law.
Your choices
You can update your details or notification preferences in your donor dashboard, unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, and request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
Security
Access to donor data is restricted by role, protected by authentication, and recorded in an internal audit log. Data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. Where analytics are enabled, they are used only to understand overall site usage, not to identify individuals.
